For over 22 years Stephanie Frank, best-selling author of The Accidental Millionaire and President of the Success IQ University, has been helping people become peak performers to help them get more of what they want most at work and at home.

An internationally recognized expertise in the psychology of human behavior and rapid-change brain technology, coupled with her 15+ computer engineering systems training and certifications from Novell, Microsoft and Cisco make her a modern day transformational guru like no other. After all, how many people do you know that have been in a Swiss bank with hacker tools – and got paid for it?

Stephanie is best known for (and passionate about) being able to reduce complex success-blocking challenges to step-by-step solution systems while teaching people tactics to put to use now. She works tirelessly to discover the source principles behind success and peak performance; and she leverages those principles to persuade people to achieve their highest-impact change, in the shortest amount of time, with the fewest number of steps, and the least amount of effort. She is well known for saying:

“We’ve got a system for that!”

Stephanie’s presentations are dynamic, educational, inspirational, and devoid of useless theory. She captivates audiences with her own brand of humor and first-hand experiences, (like the security job she wouldn’t take for fear of being arrested . . .) and opens their eyes to the daily mistakes they are making that sabotage the success they deserve.

As one business owner said after attending a live event:

“I learned more from Stephanie’s 60 minute presentation
about being a leader and developing my own
peak performance than I did in an entire
semester at a top college.”
